For Delivery (Drop Off) and Delivery (On Site) Sprwt uses the Street Address / City / Zip Code you enter on the proposal to find the matching delivery zone and applies that zone's fee, exactly as it would for an online order; the fee shows as Delivery (1) in the Totals with the event date. If the address is outside your zones, the checkout will report the zone error and the customer cannot pay until you fix the address or switch on Disable Delivery Fees in Payment Options (which removes the fee but keeps the address). Pickup, Invoicing and Venue proposals have no delivery fee.
