Yes. The table on the Wholesale Menu day page has an ORDERS column that counts how many times the meal was bought for that date on that wholesale menu. It also protects the menu: the Clone function never removes a meal that already has orders on a target day, and removing a meal with orders should be avoided. Use the Export CSV button to hand the day's list to the kitchen.
