No. When the customer subscription page is built, the group's starting at figure (and the per-meal minimum/maximum) is calculated only from active plans and from price rows that are not hidden, and only for plans of the current kitchen location. Hidden plans and hidden combinations are ignored so a private cheap bundle never leaks into the public "from $X" label. The POS and other admin screens keep seeing everything.
