Yes, by default. Real Time is included by default in the internal module lists that control both:

• The Sprwt service fee applies to Real Time orders (Real Time is in the fee's module list out of the box).
• Uber Direct is used to quote/deliver Real Time orders (Real Time is in Uber Direct's module list out of the box), and two extra flat charges are added on top of every Uber Direct quote (a Sprwt fee and a kitchen fee) — this applies to Real Time deliveries the same as other order types.

In the current version these two module lists are not shown on your Client Config screen — they have no business-facing tab, so you can't toggle Real Time in or out of them yourself from the admin panel. If you want Real Time excluded from the service fee or from Uber Direct, you'd need to ask Sprwt support to change it.
