The board is responsive: on desktop the order cards sit in a multi-column grid (three across at medium desktop widths, four across on large/wide screens) with the Meal status panel on the right; on tablets the cards fall to two per row, and on phones to one column with the panel stacked underneath. There is no dedicated app — it is the admin web page /admin/kds opened in a browser, with the side menu and footer hidden so it fills the screen. Keep the device from sleeping and refresh occasionally, since new orders are not pushed to the board automatically (only the on-card time-left labels update on their own; new/updated orders only appear after a manual action or a page reload).
