No. The Email Log records emails sent through Sprwt's transactional mail system (system emails, admin notifications, support messages). Campaigns and flows sent by Sprwt Emails (the Marketing > Marketing Campaigns / Email tools) go through its own delivery pipeline and have their own statistics there; Klaviyo emails are tracked inside Klaviyo; SMS messages are listed under the SMS History pages instead. In the current version each of these is reported in its own area rather than in the Email Log.
