Yes, but the module is what actually matters, not the plan: whenever the Meal Modifiers module is enabled with a type of "Ingredient Swaps" or "Notes + Swaps," the report looks up any checkout-level ingredient swaps for every meal+portion in the range and re-attributes that swapped quantity to the *swap* ingredient instead of the original, so your ingredient totals reflect what you actually need to buy. Separately, being on the Base, Pro, or Enterprise plan adds a swap-count indicator on the report, but on its own (without that Meal Modifiers module/type) it does not reallocate ingredient quantities.
