Yes. Active Subscription Warning Popup (on the Order: Subscription tab, default Yes) is a single switch that controls the popup on two storefront entry points at once: the Subscription plan page and the A la Carte ordering page. When it is Yes and a customer already has an active, auto-renewing subscription, opening either page shows a popup asking whether they want to place a new A la Carte order or go select meals for their existing subscription (the wording differs slightly between the two versions). There is no separate A la Carte-only toggle - turning the shared setting off removes the popup from both pages. The same setting also gates whether the customer-facing Store Menu (in-store ordering) page loads subscription-plan data, but that page does not display this particular popup.
