Delivery statuses and the email/SMS notifications tied to them are created and sent by Root Planner, not by Sprwt (see the Root Planner article on creating a delivery status and editing notifications). Sprwt makes that possible by sending, with each customer, their email, phone, notify by email = on and notify by phone (SMS) = the customer's "receive SMS" preference in Sprwt. If a customer should stop receiving SMS delivery updates, turn off their SMS preference in Sprwt and re-run an export (the customer record in Root Planner is refreshed on every export).
