Yes. Every inbound text costs the same per-message rate as an outbound one, and it's logged in your balance history just the same way. There's an important side effect: if your SMS credit balance is below that per-message charge, Sprwt skips processing the inbound text entirely — it isn't saved, no "SMS received" notification fires, and it won't be forwarded even if the number has redirect turned on. If you seem to be missing an inbound text (and its notification), a low SMS balance is a likely cause — not only an outbound problem.
