"Cart: Amount Minimum Per Delivery Day or Per Cart" decides that for the store-wide minimum: Per delivery day requires each delivery date in your cart to individually clear the minimum on its own; Per cart (the default) lets your combined total across every date in the order clear it once. In the current version, only the A la Carte and Catering per-module minimums have their own independent version of this same choice — other per-module minimums don't expose a separate toggle and follow the "per cart" default.
