No. In the current version the PIN uniqueness check compares a new PIN against every employee record on the platform, not just the employees at your business or location — the lookup that runs when you save an Access PIN Code does not filter by location. So you can occasionally get "Invalid pin code!" for a PIN that no one on your team is using; if that happens, just try a different number. PINs longer than 4 characters skip this uniqueness check entirely.
