Yes — there is only one delivery date record per calendar day, looked up purely by date with no kitchen or channel filter, and it is shared by all channels and kitchens. The Catering dashboard reuses the same Kitchen Control Center card (its buttons point to /admin/catering/dashboard?...&action=close|open|finish|openfinish), and the Ordering Metrics page offers the same actions against that same record. Closing a date from any of these locks it everywhere: meal-prep customers, subscribers and catering clients all lose the ability to order for that day. Plan your cut-offs with that in mind if you run catering and meal prep on the same dates.
