In the current version, saving an existing kitchen re-saves the retail weekday pattern of that kitchen's retail and wholesale locations, but it is intended to copy only the days you changed — and because of how the comparison is implemented, the locations end up keeping the days they already had. Treat the kitchen-level Retail / Wholesale weekdays as the filter for which delivery dates the kitchen shows for those channels, and set each retail or wholesale location's own days on the location itself under Retail Locations.
