No. Custom charges are 'no-date' items: they are stored with no delivery date at all, so a cart containing only a custom charge skips the Delivery or Pickup Information step and goes straight to payment. If the cart also contains dated items (meals, packs…), the delivery/pickup step is shown for those dates as usual. On the order page a custom charge is listed after all the delivery-date sections, not inside one.
