Not in the current version. All of the location's break rules are offered to a clocked-in employee as buttons regardless of how long they have worked, and nothing forces a mandatory break to be taken. The Trigger after hours and Mandatory flag are stored with each recorded break (for reporting and future use), while Paid/Unpaid and Break length are what affect the buttons' labels and the timesheet calculations.
