It depends on the report. When you have more than one kitchen/location (reseller) and are working inside one of them, Gross Sales, Profit And Loss, Taxes, Fees, Meals by Vendor (stock part) and Orders Metrics are limited to that location's orders. Delivery, Pickup, Meals, Packs, Conversion, First Time, SMS, Abandoned Carts and Referred Users are not filtered by location and show everything.

In the current version the Wholesale report is mixed: the ordering-module breakdown is location-specific while the headline totals are not. If totals look inconsistent between reports, check whether you are inside a specific location.
