Yes. Configuration > Business: General > Finish Production Automation Delay (days) (default 2) tells a scheduled job how many days after a delivery date it may tidy up. Any date that old (or older) that is not yet finished is closed if necessary and then marked Finished automatically (flagged as auto-finished). This keeps the dashboard landing on the right day even if nobody clicked Finish Production. Set the value higher if you regularly need to edit orders for several days after delivery.
