Almost every Catering Settings field is account-wide (saved account-wide, not tied to one location) — start/end time, time slots, order limits, payment defaults, display toggles, etc. all apply to every kitchen location on the account. The one exception is Catering Fulfilment Days, which is saved per kitchen location.
