Kitchen reports prefer the Internal Name (Only for Admin) when one is set on a meal, ingredient or extra, and fall back to the customer-facing name otherwise. Sorting on the Meals Report and Cooking Report uses that displayed name. Retail entries use the meal's internal name as well.
