Yes - every delivery/pickup date has its own meal list, and a date with no meals shows as No Menu (grey) in the calendar and is not offered to customers. You do not have to do it one meal at a time though:

• Select A Preset Menu drops a saved list of meals onto the date in one click.
• Clone copies the currently open date's menu to every open fulfilment date in a start/end range (for one or more kitchens).
• Randomly Generate a Menu fills the date with a random pick per category.

A common workflow is to build one good date (or a preset menu), then clone it across the following weeks and tweak individual dates afterwards.
