No. Whatever you upload for a meal's main image or gallery is automatically resized to fit the account's configured maximum width/height (1920x1080 by default), keeping its aspect ratio, and saved as a compressed JPG (quality 70%) or PNG. There is no manual crop tool - Sprwt only shrinks large images to fit those bounds, it does not crop out parts of the photo, so upload an image already framed the way you want it to look on the menu and label.
