They can, but only on catering label sizes that use the general Meals field list (not the compact V2 label, which has no Macros option at all). If Macros is included in that label's field selection (Business: Labels), the label prints whichever individual macros are marked "Show on Labels" in your Macros settings (calories, protein, etc., each with its own position/order), calculated per meal.
