Yes, when your plan is Base or higher or you have the Ingredient Stock module. Each review card has a quantity purchased field; on confirmation that quantity is added to the ingredient's current stock for your location. For existing items you can edit the current stock figure first so the total is right. If stock tracking is not on your plan the prices and supplier data are still updated but stock is left unchanged.
