Yes, with two settings in Client Config (tab Theme: Kitchen):

• Select Previous Menu if Meals are not selected for Delivery Date on Cutoff Day — when a coming Real Time date (that isn't marked Closed or Finished) has no menu, the nightly job copies the most recent Real Time menu from up to 30 days back into that date, but only for weekdays enabled under Realtime Fulfilment.
• Send Email If Meals are not selected for Delivery Date on Cutoff Day — emails you a list of dates missing a menu, with a "Real Time" entry linking straight to the Real Time Menu page for that date.
