Yes. On an ingredient or sub-recipe's edit page click Calculate Macros with AI (near the macros section). A confirmation shows the item's name, base weight and unit; click Calculate and Sprwt asks the AI to estimate every macro you track for that quantity. The values are dropped into the macro inputs, Auto Macros is switched off if it was on, and the item is auto-saved a moment later - unlike the meal-level "Auto-fill macros with AI", there is no separate review step before saving, so check the numbers and edit them afterwards if needed. This is a different AI call from the one used for a whole meal's macros.
