Preset menus are stored per kitchen: the list only shows presets created while that kitchen was selected, and a new preset is attached to the currently selected kitchen. To reuse the same line-up at another kitchen, switch kitchens in the top bar and create the preset again there. (Cloning a date's menu, by contrast, can target several kitchens at once.)
