HR data is scoped to the location (reseller) currently selected in the admin panel: shifts, timecards, break rules, open shifts and dashboard data are stored and filtered per location, and the task assignee list shows that location's employees. Switch location in the admin header to work with another kitchen's staff. Employee records themselves and job roles/departments are shared lists.
