No. The bulk stock upload only accepts locations flagged retail - each row's location_id is looked up among the reseller's retail locations, and a wholesale location's ID is rejected with Retail location #N not found for this reseller. even if it belongs to the same kitchen. Wholesale locations get their stock two other ways instead: automatically, when your kitchen finishes a delivery day the wholesaler bought stock for, and manually, through Remove Stock movements on the admin Stock Management page, or the Edit Stock button on the wholesaler's own My Wholesale > Stock Management page. There is no equivalent bulk-CSV tool for wholesale stock in the current version.
