Yes. With ingredient stock enabled and a Kitchen selected in the top selector (not "all kitchens"), the Stock column in the Inventory Shopping List is click-to-edit: enter the counted quantity and confirm, and the value is saved for that kitchen (a movement is logged for the audit trail). Without a specific kitchen selected, clicking the stock value opens a separate Edit Stock pop-up instead. Reload the report to see Total Needed recalculated.
