Yes. When the stock column is showing (Base plan or Ingredients Stock module), each ingredient's on-hand quantity is click-to-edit inline right in the report — click the number, type the new amount, and it saves immediately for your active kitchen location. If you're viewing the report without a specific kitchen location active, clicking opens a small popup to enter the value per location instead.
