Open Ordering > Retail > Retail Menu > Update Stock with AI > View all (or go directly to /admin/menus/retail/stock-uploads) to see every upload; click one to open its detail page, which lists every row it wrote. Click Undo this upload to reverse it: Sprwt writes the opposite quantities (restoring the previous on-hand stock and menu quantities) and records the reversal as its own entry in the history, tagged "Reversal of ...". A reversal is free — undoing a mistake does not charge the $1.75 fee again — but an upload can only be reversed once, and a reversal itself cannot be reversed.
