Yes. Open the Nutritional Macros accordion on a card. Existing items show their current values (badge Has Macros / No Macros); type values into the boxes and click Save Macros, or click Calculate Macros with AI / Re-calculate Macros with AI. For new items the boxes are available after the ingredient is created; trying to save before that shows "Please create the ingredient first before saving macros." At least one non-zero value is required. Saved macros are rounded to each macro's decimal setting and the ingredient is marked as manual macros.
