No. Sprwt sends your evidence to the bank immediately with a single submission, which is why the confirmation says you can only submit once and suggests cancelling if you may have more to add. After submission the Submit Evidence button is replaced by an Evidence Submitted badge, the Evidence submissions count in Dispute details becomes 1, and the dispute moves to under review. If you genuinely need to add something afterwards, contact support; Stripe itself does not accept a second submission.
