Yes. Every card in the Existing Items and Non-existing Items sections has a Dismiss button (an X icon). Clicking it fades the card out and removes it from the review — it will not be included in a bulk confirm and will not reappear if you reopen the review page in the same session (unless it is re-extracted from a fresh receipt upload, which starts a new review). Dismissing a card does not change any ingredient, price, stock or macro data; it only takes that one line off the list you are reviewing. There is no undo — if you dismiss a line by mistake, re-upload the receipt to get it back.
