Yes. The A2P 10DLC brand/campaign registration pages and requirement only apply when your business's country is on Sprwt's A2P list (US and Canada by default); accounts outside that list skip those pages and send directly from the purchased number instead of through a registered messaging campaign. You still need an active SMS number, SMS credits, and the SMS module turned on — note that number search is currently limited to US local numbers regardless of your business's country. Delivery and carrier acceptance for international destinations depend on that country's carriers, but the credits Sprwt charges per message are the same flat rate per segment no matter the destination.
