Yes. If a meal has an Add-on Group attached (managed separately under Admin > Addons Groups, /admin/addons-groups), tapping that meal on the POS grid opens the meal-prep screen with an Addons section beneath the portion picker — pick which add-on ingredients to include and their quantities before confirming the line. This only appears for meals that actually have items in one of their attached add-on groups, and the whole Addons feature requires the Base/Pro/Enterprise plan or the Meal Modifiers module set to one of its "addon group" modes. The same meal-prep screen and add-ons are used in "Checkout As" and every other ordering module, not just POS Menu.
