Yes — the top bar has a reader indicator; tapping it loads the Stripe Terminal readers registered for the reseller/device and lets you pick one. Once selected, card-present payments in the payment screen route to that physical reader; the selection is remembered per browser (like the device and drawer choices) until you change it.
