The upload modal lists Recent uploads (date, who, rows, mode, fee) with a Same day warning if someone already uploaded today, and links to View all – the history page at /admin/menus/retail/stock-uploads, filterable by location, date range, mode and user, with totals for runs, amount charged, units and reversals. Open an upload to see the applied rows, error rows and the stock movements it produced; an unreversed run can be reversed by anyone with the Edit Retail Menus permission – reversing restores the stock movements and is not charged.
