The list is always sorted by date, newest first, and paginated. In the current version there are no date, account, category or status filters on the page, and the table's search box only matches the internal transaction number, not the description or amount. To analyse by period or category use the Profit And Loss Report and Cash Flow Report, which have date ranges and CSV export.
