Not in the current version. Pages and blog posts are live the moment they are saved, and there is no draft/scheduled state. Workarounds: keep the page unlinked (it is still reachable by URL and listed in the sitemap), build it as a clone and swap slugs when ready (the old slug's page gets a 301 redirect automatically when its slug changes), or for blog content use Auto-Blog Schedule to have posts generated and published on a recurring schedule.
