You can run it as often as you like. Orders that already have a Root Planner tracking code for that date are skipped, so no duplicate orders are created — only orders placed or fixed since the last run are sent. Customers and pickup locations that already exist in Root Planner are updated rather than re-created, but what gets refreshed differs: for an individual customer, Sprwt resends their name, email, phone and SMS notification preference; for a pickup location, only its name is resent — its address and other details are not updated again after the pickup location is first created in Root Planner.
