Yes. The Hero with text aligned to the left and Hero with text aligned to the right modules have a Dimensions control (min/max height) in their edit panel so you can make the hero section taller or shorter, plus Object Fit and Image Align for the background image. Their Button Title and Button Url fields let you set the call-to-action button's text and destination; Background Color, Alignment, Padding and Borders style the button box itself, and Divider Color styles the small accent line above the title.

The center-aligned Hero Image module (with title/subtitle) has its own Button Title/Button Url plus per-element Font Size, Font Color, Alignment, Margin, Padding, Background Color and Borders, and an overall Dimensions control as well.
