Yes, if Gift Card is one of the enabled options in the Payment: Payment Gateway POS setting. On the payment page choose Redeem Gift Card, enter the code under Enter Gift Card information to redeem, and press Redeem. The card's value is applied toward the order; any remaining balance must be paid with another method before you click Charge. Invalid or already-used codes show an error under the field.
