Yes — on the recovery-codes screen shown right after enabling 2FA, click Copy all codes to copy them to your clipboard, or Print to send them to your printer. This screen only appears once; if you close it without saving the codes, you can't view them again (you'd have to disable and re-enable 2FA to generate a fresh set).
