Yes, but the target ("Link: ...") rows are not shown in the Client Configuration tabs in the current version; only the Name: rows are. The defaults are pages/about, pages/contacts, pages/faq, pages/terms, pages/privacy and blog. These pages are created and edited in Website > Pages, so the usual way to change what the link opens is to edit that page. If you need a link to go to an external URL, ask Sprwt support to update the link target for you.
