Yes, for orders currently in the Unpaid status: open the order in Transactions, and where the Issue Refund button would normally be, it instead reads Mark as Paid — tapping it flips the checkout straight to Paid without collecting any payment through Stripe, cash, etc. It's meant for reconciling an order that was already paid some other way (e.g. outside Sprwt) rather than for everyday sales; it's blocked once a checkout is no longer Unpaid (already paid, refunded, or canceled).
