There is no date picker on the screen. The board always loads today unless the page address includes a begin date parameter (for example /admin/kds?begin=2026-09-05), in which case orders from that date up to today are listed and the date under the clock changes. In the current version this is the only way to review earlier days on the KDS; for history use Customer Orders instead.
