Yes — on the meal or product detail page you can submit a star rating (you must be logged in). For meals and extras, your rating is saved and immediately counts toward the item's public average (or shows as your personal rating, depending on the store's display setting). For products, your rating is saved and updates your own personal-rating view immediately, but it needs a staff member to approve it in the admin before it counts toward the product's public average rating.
