Yes. On Meal Recipes click Upload Meals:

1. Click Download Template to get meals.csv. Its columns are name, description, heatinginstructions, packaginginstructions, cookinginstructions, sku, then portion_0_upgradePrice and portion_0_addonPrice (the default portion's selling price and surcharge) plus a portion_<id>_upgradePrice / portion_<id>_addonPrice pair for every Meal Prep portion size.
2. Fill one row per meal, keep the header row and save as .csv (comma or semicolon separated - both are detected).
3. Drag the file onto Upload Meals and click Import Meals.

Every row creates a new, active meal (the importer does not update existing meals). Rows whose column count differs from the header are skipped. You get a message like "Imported success 12 lines and 1 lines with errors!". Ingredients, images, categories and macros are not part of the template - add them in the editor afterwards.
